Nice hotel looks great, wish you had a bigger area around the hotel your buffet lookd good

You guys need to fill your buffet items soon even though you have lots of cooks around they looks lazy but waiters are very friendly .

Heaven on earth

I'm not sure how to describe the quality of our stay in the Hotel. I could simply summarise it as "heaven on earth". Such a pleasant experience we had over there. I stayed with my parents and they were surprised at how wonderful a time they had. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and I could conclude one of my best or maybe the best hotel I ever stayed. Lovely staff who always bear a friendly smile. I was planning to stay 3 nights, but the quality of the hotel convinced us to extend our stay. The hotel restaurant food was amazing and super delicious. There is a selection of dishes you can please with and trust me you do not want to go anywhere to have your meals in Kandy. The infinity pool was clean and with a great view of the paddy fields and mountains. The spa in the hotel was an amazing experience too. My mum still talks about how cosy experience she had over there. I wish to thank all the staff who made our holiday a wonderful one. Special thanks go to Santhush, Thusharn, Gayani, Sam, Lakshita and Yuraj (who did wonderful housekeeping). I forgot the lady name who provided us the suggestions on where to go on day trips. It was a great suggestion and we enjoyed it. Thank you for that. I admire the support and care of the staff. There were so many other wonderful people I met there but can't remember all of their names, I wish to thank all of them for their wonderful hospitality. The hotel facilities were great and super clean hotel. For Sure, I will come back next time when I am in Sri Lanka.

Big rooms with a nice view

Here and there some small details that don’t work properly Swimming pool is not like on the photo. Many local kids, smell from the kitchen- not really relaxing

This property certainly had the wow factor. The building, cleanliness, food options, spa, views and the offers were exceptional. The staff went a long way to look after us.

Amazing staff, scenery was insane and food was to die for Food & Beverage manager in particular make our stay extra special. He was extremely professional and helpful. Would highly recommend the junior suite.

Not worth the money! Avoid.

The views from the restaurant were lovely.

The service was appalling - 2.5 hours and a lot of chasing for room service and then the wrong order appeared. The rooms were huge but the furniture was cheap. The building works and finishing were terrible. My sons bath didn't work, there was a hole in our bedding and the floor (under the carpet). The pictures on the site are misleading. The pool is small with only a few sun beds. Save your money - This Hotel is all fur coat and no knickers!

Excellent service and beautiful pool & dining area. Great stay in Kandy

The pool and dining areas are beautiful, the staff very welcoming and wanting to please. The service quick and prompt. The hotel is on an incline beautiful luscious farms and forest area on the rear of the hotel.

The front, unfortunately has a fair amount of traffic and with it comes the noise. However, this may be a larger problem in Kandy, rather than specifically the hotel

The junior suite was nice, The buffet in both the breakfast n dinner was great with a good selection All of us had a massage at the spa, n the service was exclusive

The manager was not able to understand my problem n insisted I pay for a folded bed , while the total no. Of pax where just 4 , which was what we were paying for

The rooms are great, nicely decorated, very big, good...

The rooms are great, nicely decorated, very big, good lighting, clean, with a big and beautiful balcony with a lovely view. The swimming pool is also great and the area around with the bar. Friendly bar and reception staff.

The housekeeping staff is very noisy early in the morning while cleaning other rooms they just yell at each other and might wake you up. The location is a bit outside town in a not so well maintained road, but nothing terrible just a ten minutes tuk tuk ride. The prices for drinks at the bar and food are excessive, just like double of anywhere in town.

Luxurious place to stay in Kandy

The hotel staff were all welcoming and informative. We had a family room for 4 and it was very roomy and comfortable with a lovely view from balcony. The infinity pool was superb. We didn't have time to check out the gym or spa but the dining was superb.The food was delicious and varied.

Very expensive! Booked large suite very expensive, nobody mentioned there is a very noisy service lift directly behind the 4 poster bed which is operated all night.

The facilities especially the infinity pool & the view.

The staff were over attentive when we were eating by continually interrupting us to ask how the food was. They also have a bad habit of addressing the majority of comments & greetings to men & ignoring women. For an international hotel (irrespective of local culture) this attitude is not good enough & needs to be addressed.

Bad customer service

Facilities were nice

Rooms were not cleaned so we had to leave the room late after being out all day and have a drink at the bar, they then charged us for two meals which we didn’t have and when disputing it at the reception at check out were told we had signed it, in the end the waiter remembered us and confirmed we had only had two drinks. Not really very impressed at the customer service for a 5 star hotel.
